Thermal Insulating Board Mortar

It can be used as a plaster for all kind of thermal insulation boards such as EPS, XPS and Rockwool.

Properties of Application Surface:
All substrates must be strong, dry, clean and free from oil, grease, dust. Sheets have to be strongly adhered on the surface.

User Instructions:
Pour mortar into 5,5 – 6,5 liters of clean water slowly and mix with a low speed mixer until getting homogeneous mixture free from lumps. After resting it for 5 minutes remix it for 1-2 minutes. It will be ready to use. After that, fix the mesh onto the first layer gently with steel trowel before it dries. Make overlaps for approximately 10 cm at the joints of the plaster mesh. After 3-4 hour apply the second layer of mortar.
